The Grade 6 students have been working on this new program called Scratch.
Scratch is a programming language that makes it easy to create your own interactive stories, animations, games, music, and art - and share your creations on the web.
As the students create and share Scratch projects, they learn important mathematical and computational ideas, while also learning to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively.
They created a Christmas Project. To make the project work click on the image of any of the student's project. This should take you to the website it is in. To play the project you need to read the project notes in the right hand side of the webpage, as indicated by the red arrow below.
Give them a try!
